1. Eligibility:

The contest is open to all residents of India, aged 18 years and above, except employees and their immediate families of the organizers, their associated companies, distributors, or anyone else professionally connected with this contest.

2. Contest Period:

The contest begins on 15th November 2023 and ends on 30th November 2023 (“Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter:

To participate in the contest, individuals must book a movie ticket for the film "Trolls" online through the official PVR or INOX mobile app or website during the Contest Period.

Multiple entries by the same participant will be considered as a single entry.

4. Prize:

One lucky winner will be selected through a random draw and will be awarded a family trip for four to Universal Studios Singapore.

The prize includes a 4-day, 3-night stay across 2 Deluxe Rooms in Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, per standard check-in and check-out timings.

The prize also includes a VIP tour of Universal Studios Singapore for 4 people, as well as lunch within Universal Studios Singapore for the same 4 people.

The prize validity is for 4 months from the date of announcement; however, the entitlements, including hotel stay, VIP tour, and lunch, will be provided only between January 2024 and April 2024.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the contest end date.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, or if there is any reason to believe that the winner has breached any of the terms and conditions, a new winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the organizers.

6. General Conditions:

PVR INOX reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The organizers' decision regarding all matters related to the contest will be final and binding.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

7. Personal Information:

By participating in the contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the organizers for the purpose of administering the contest and announcing the winner.

8. Redemption and Booking:

The winner must redeem the prize within the specified validity period (January 2024 – April 2024).

The winner must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the intended date of availing the prize.

Booking of hotel rooms, VIP tour, and lunch reservations are subject to availability and must be coordinated with the organizers.

9. Travel Documents and Expenses:

The winner and accompanying guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any necessary travel documents to travel to Singapore.

Any additional expenses incurred during the trip, including but not limited to transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, personal expenses, and souvenirs, will be the responsibility of the winner and accompanying guests.

10. Modification or Cancellation:

Once the prize is booked and confirmed, any modifications or cancellations to the trip dates are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

The organizers are not liable for any changes, cancellations, or disruptions to the trip caused by circumstances beyond their control.

11. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities, including but not limited to interviews and photographs, as reasonably requested by the organizers. The organizers may use the winner's name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
